FLOW
Fluid measurement past a reference point
Test and measurement professionals use flowmeters in a wide variety of applications where accurate flow measurements are critical. It is important to calibrate the flowmeters that make these measurements. Regular calibration assures you that the flowmeters’ measurements are as accurate as their specifications say they are.
Instrument performance degrades over time; parts wear out or break and flowmeters can be affected by corrosion or dirt within the media that flows through them. They may also be damaged by impact, variations in the process, or by improper installation.
Flowmeters are often calibrated under conditions that differ noticeably from the conditions in use, and new and improved methods and procedures are therefore required to better quantify and to reduce the flow rate measurement uncertainty for industrial applications.
Our flow laboratory cover:
- Pipe diameters from 5 millimeters up to 300 millimeters
- Flow rates between a few 1 l/h to 35 000 L/h
- Both on-site and at our laboratory
At Calibration Worx, we can calibrate various types of flow meters including, but not limited to: Magnetic, Mass, Gear, Vortex, Positive Displacement and Flow Counters.
